Enter New Password

Enter Email Id and click on Change

Confirm New Password

Click here to Add new Dependent.

On successful updation of password, Employee will be redirected to the Enrollment screen where they can Add & Modify self and Dependant

details.

Enter dependant details and click on Submit to Enroll dependant.

Click Update to update your details.

Enter Mobile No here.

Click Update to update dependent details.

Click on the Delete button to delete any Dependant
