Introducing your National Nicaraguan Adopted Pastor

Pastor Marvin Montalvan

“This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God’s people but is also

overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. Because of the service by which you

have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your

confession of the Gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with

everyone else. And in their prayers for you, their hearts will go out to you, because of the

surpassing grace God has given you. Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!”

Comments: Although he initially accepted Christ as a 17-year-0ld, he fell away from the Lord but

promised Him that he would serve when he reached 40 years of age. God was merciful and

allowed him to live his life as such, but he always remembered his promise to God. At 40, he

repented and started a work with young people, then with men, then he began working at an

evangelist, and now, he was given the gift of pastoring a church plant in a remote area. He and

his wife and one other believer began the work in 2008 and now they are growing and have 30

adult members and they minister to more than 49 children every week.
