RESOLUTION NO

ADOPTION OF THE 2010 ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM

WHEREAS RCW3681130 and WAC13616018 require that the Board of

Skagit County Commissioners adopt the Annual Construction Program by Resolutionand

WHEREAS the 2010 Annual Construction Program was presented to the Board

of County Commissioners and

WHEREAS after review of the recommended Program the Board of SkagitCounty Commissioners voted approval

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED thatthe Annual Construction Program for roads bridges ferry and corresponding equipmentpurchases for 2010 be and is hereby adopted
