Polaris Acceptance Locator / Transfer

• System Processes data using your Polaris Acceptance Dealer number. The Buying dealer should provide their Polaris Acceptance Dealer number to the Selling Dealer.

• Both Selling and Buying dealers must confirm before the transfer can be completed.

• Only units open on COMS can be transferred using COMS.

• Units are transferred at the dollar amount open on COMS.

• Transfer Locator may be restricted on those dealers not eligible to participate.

1. Select Mfg

3. Click the State(s) you want to search and the State will appear in the field to the right

2. Enter Model number(s)

4. When all are Selected Click Search

You can also Select All or Clear All to modify search

Opt out will disable Locator Transfer

Buying Dealer Locator Results

Using the information provided below the Buying dealer contacts the Selling dealer and negotiates details of the transfer.

The Search Criteria Summary and Search By drop down menu can further limit your search.

1. Only open units can be transferred using COMS

2. Units are transferred at the dollar amount remaining in COMS

1. Select the “Product Group” (MFG)

2. In the “Search By” down menu, select what best allows you to locate the unit to be transferred

3. Enter the appropriate information to complete the search.

4. Select “GO” to initiate

3. Enter the Buying Dealer number. Make sure the number is their Polaris Acceptance dealer number

4. Select Initiate Transfer

1. Click on Hyperlink to change FFP sort .

1. Enter your PIN number if required

2. Click on Confirm Transfer

System provides a confirmed reference ID number to track the transfer . Keep a copy for your records.

Transfer Activity allows you to see status of transfer

Pending System Approval indicates transfer is confirmed and waiting for the system to move the product.

It is now OK to release product to Buying Dealer .
