Based on a portfolio of a variety of building types including large-scale casinos, high rise, mixed use, schools, residential, hospitality, commercial, retail and medical facilities and a long history of highly inventive and creative workplace projects Cynthia has extensive knowledge of implementing high level designs into an informative understandable set of details and documents, and how those documents are shared as an informative tool for contractors, project team members, consultants, vendors and end users.

Cynthia also leads the construction administration process, documenting and tracking project changes and revisions and assuring all team members have the most up to date information and drawing backgrounds.
