College Bound Scholarship

• Early commitment of state financial aid to eligible students who sign up in middle school and fulfill the Pledge

• Family must meet income requirements

• Students take College Bound Pledge

• COMPLETE APPLICATION BEFORE END OF 8TH GRADE (LET’S DO IT NOW!)

How much does it cover?

The College Bound Scholarship money covers:

The cost of tuition (at public college rates/not covered by other financial aid), service and activity fees, and the equivalent of $500 (for books).

College Bound Scholarship Pledge

• Graduate from high school with a 2.0 GPA or higher.

• Be good citizens and not be convicted of a felony.

• File the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) in a timely manner in their senior year of high school.
