Practice sheet 16.A

Note to teachers: Install Gallaudet Truetype Font (fingerspelling font). Available from Lifeprint. Why? Some of the slides use Gallaudet True Type and if you don’t have it installed the text will be oversized.

Note: With the time we have, it is not a good use of time for me to teach you “every” sign variation. For example: 1. BEFORE-(prior) [base hand palm back] vs2. BEFORE-(prior) [base hand palm forward]

I’ll show you a good standard version that will work well in most regions with most adult native Deaf signers. Expect variation. If your next teacher or Deaf friend does it differently just add that version to your brain and move on.

For this semester I recommend you do it my way (at least until the final exam) because I have one advantage over your previous teacher or Deaf friend: I am the one who is giving you the grade. :)I love you all.
