• 200 g soft butter• 200 grams of cane sugar• 200g flour • 4 eggs• 2 teaspoons of baking powder• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract• 6 lumps of chocolate

Christmas at our house• There is a big rush in our house before the Christmas.• Everyone is very bussy. I clean rooms and Mum with

dad cook and bake.• We always decorate the Christmas tree on the

Christmas Eve Day and also my grandmother helps. • Then we go for a walk. After we return home we start

our Christmas Eve Dinner.• Then we unpack our gifts together. I like watching TV!• Christmas is not only about the gifts and I like

meeting of the whole family and wishing good helath to each other.

CABBAGE SOUP

• 20 grams of dried mushrooms • ¼ kg of potatoes • 200 g of sauerkraut • 10 g of flour• 1 dl of sour cream, • cumin, pepper, salt

CHRISTMAS SALMON

• 125 g of soft butter• lemon juice• 50 g of melted butter • 4 salmon steaks • salt, pepper
