1: Create credential (user id and password) for state level role based users

Admin has to create credential (User id and password) for State level Admin role using the Create User Screen from User Management menu screen shown bellow.

2. Create Credential(user id and password) for District, Block and School level admin/roll based users

a)For District level- User has to select state and district name from list as shown bellow

b)For Block level- User has to select state, district and block name from list

c) For School level- User has to select state, district, block and school name from list

3. Create and Freeze State Norms

Norms are base of MDM application. User has to fill state level norms which applies on state. User can enter state norms when centre has freeze their norms. User will enter all details in norms screen and click on save. After freezing user can't make any modification in norms details.

4. School Directory freezing

State has to verify and approve school institutions and Enrollment Data. If data is not complete, schools can be added using school master at district level.

5. NGO master creation at district level

New NGO should be created for all district using NGO Entry screen under master entry menu as shown below.

6. NGOs and school mapping

NGO should be mapped with schools for all districts using NGO mapping Screen shown bellow,

7. SHGs master creation at block level

SHG can be added at Block level using a menu under Master entry menu, as shown in bellow screen.

8. SHGs and school mapping

SHG should be mapped with School at block level using mapping screen under master entry menu as shown in bellow screen

9. Lifting Agency master entry at state level Lifting Agency should be added using Lifting Agency entry Screen under Master Entry Menu as shown in screen below

10. Lifting Agency mapping with districts Mapping of Lifting agency can be done using the Mapping screen shown bellow

11. Opening Balance entry at district level for school

Opening Balance for all schools should be entered and freeze using Opening Balance Entry Screen, under School menu for District User

12. School Annual entry

School annual data should be entered in the system. user can click on annual data entry link under school data entry menu then user can enter data by selecting pending

school from searched list as shown in below screen,

13. Monthly School Data entry

School monthly data should be entered in the system. user can click on Monthly data

entry link under school data entry menu then user can enter data by selecting active pending link from searched list as shown in below screen,

14. Quarterly Health Data entry

Health data should be entered in the system. user can click on health data entry link under school data entry menu then user can enter data by selecting active pending

link from searched list as shown in below screen,
