Bela Fashions Ltd. specializes in shirts and ladies blouses and has added a new dimension to the Bangladesh

garments industry. The factory is designed to manufacture branded shirts (formal and casual) and ladies blouses.

This factory caters to the needs of technically advanced buyers.The operation began in early 2012.

The management and staff are highly qualified and expertise in their fields. Bela Fashions Ltd. is very well

equipped with technologically advanced machinery and highly skilled workers, as a result we are able to achieve

desired quality standards of all our buyers. We are also very flexible when it comes to styling our clothing based on

market demands.

The factory excels in woven shirt manufacturing in every aspect, style accuracy, timely delivery and

competitive pricing. A highly important subject upon setup of our factory was the machinery. We procure our

machinery from greatly reputed brands with cutting edge technology. Our machinery is imported from Japan,

Germany, U.S.A., Malaysia, Italy, Hong Kong, Chinaand Singapore.

Introduction

The factory has been set up by a team of

foreign and local experts who are qualified

in production of shirts and ladies blouses.

The total usable area of the building is

about 79 ,000 square feet with four wide

stairs. Our policy is to comply with all the

relevant statutory legislation and

constantly improving the environment by

waste recycling as well as minimizing the

adverse effects of production processes.

FacilitiesWe have the following facilities in our factory which can be referred to as examples of :

A. House Keeping Team: The factory has a dedicated house keeping team for maintaining cleanliness and neatness throughout the factory exceeding our

country standards.

B. Medical Facilities: All our workers have free health care. We have a trained doctor who visits our factory every working day.

C. Evacuation Plan: There is an evacuation plan kept in all the floors of the factory showing path for all the employees to leave the factory in case any

emergency situation arises.

D. Emergency Exits : We exceed standards of emergency requirements by having several extra emergency exits which are kept open for fastest evacuation

E. Fire Drills: We have fire fighting equipment team in the factory as per the factory act and in order to use them effectively and efficiently when required. We

will have arrangements for fire drills on a regular basis i.e. once every month so that the Team can perform their duties seamlessly when required.

F. First Aid Boxes: For every 5 0 workers we have a person trained in first aid and medicare. We keep certain quantity of medicine of different types in a first

aid box in each floor.

G. Waste Management Box: We have separate waste management bins for waste fabric, paper wastes, polythene and similar type of waste in every floor with a

view to maintaining the production floors neat and clean. This arrangement keeps the factory clean and hazard free.

H. Social Responsibilities: Bela Fashions LTD. believes in undertaking responsibility for social works. We have set up a school providing free education to

poor but meritorious students and orphans. We have also a Welfare Trust providing financial assistance to poor meritorious student, orphans and

homeless people.
