When was the last time you asked yourself, am I mentorable? This talk invites the audience to assess
and reexamine their own mentorability as they engage in everyday developmental relationships.
Victoria Black is the Director for PACE Mentoring at Texas State University and a 3rd year doctoral student in the Program in Higher Education Leadership at UT Austin.
4 - Self Help For Trauma with Tapping - General Version 2017
EFT, also known as tapping or psychological acupressure, first came to prominence in the 1990s when
developer Gary Craig published information about the therapy. It involves tapping specific points on the
body, primarily on the head and the face, in a particular sequence. While doing this, the person focuses
on the issue that they wish to treat. Today many use tapping to deal with the anxiety and stress in
everyday life. These simple techniques can be used at home during a time of uncertainty and worry to help individuals cope.

7 - Adrian Bell - Promise Facilitator
Adrian Bell - Promise Facilitator
Hi, my name is Adrian Bell. I am one of the many amazing Nevada Promise Facilitators and a Promise
Recipient. If you love nature, we'll get along just fine. There's nothing like enjoying a good book
surrounded by trees and wildlife. I was born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Las Vegas at the age of
7. Although I moved to Las Vegas at the age of 7, I still love the mitten (Michigan). From a young age,
I've always had a passion for business, one of my earliest business ventures was selling Aunt Debbie
honey buns in middle school. As you can imagine this fueled my interested in more complex business
topics such as real estate, accounting, marketing, and finance. My love for business is the reason I chose
to pursue an Associate of Business degree at CSN. I look forward to helping you succeed on your college
journey!
