• Click the menu link to access the Menu

• Click “Residential Management”

Fill out the necessary information and click “Save”

Selecting the leasing agent ID is important

because this will identify you as the agent

responsible.

ADDING CO-RESIDENT(S)/OCCUPANT(S)

Enter additional Occupant Information

Occupants can be an Other Resident or a Co-Resident

• Co-Residents – financially responsible for lease; must be

screened

Click Detail

Click Save/Next

“OTHER RESIDENT” VS. “CO -RESIDENT”

The “Guarantor” box becomes available when “Co-Resident” is selected.

This screen is where you must activate if the co-resident is a Guarantor

Sharing a Guest Card will allow multiple properties in a group (such as Big Creek, Cobblestone, Pine Ridge or Huntington Green) to view the records

box to share the

Guest Card across

Property ID’s

To Create a Phone or Email Lead, use the Phone Log

*NOTE- A phone log will not be

recorded as a Walk-in, and thus

will not effect traffic counts for the

week.

access the

Residential

Management

Menu.

select Initial Contact

Type – a phone call or

email. These are

important distinctions.

Always ensure this

information is entered.

From this screen you can

schedule a follow-up

appointment for a tour.

This will appear on your

calendar in MRI. Clicking

save will create the

appointment on the

You are able to change property ID

by clicking Property ID.

save the current record

and create a new blank

phone log to fill out. (used

for multiple consecutive

entry)

Click “Select a Prospect”

Checking the “Show Global Guest Cards” box will

show all Shared Guest Cards from multiple properties

Clicking the Funnel Icon will allow you to filter Prospects

Enter Prospect information

and click “Search”

To create a Follow Up with a Prospect select “Appointment”

from the “Quick Actions” drop-down menu

The appointment will launch a window. Fill out details. This

will appear on the calendar.

PROSPECT FOLLOW UP ACTIONS

The appointment can now be found on calendar, cancelled

and completed.

You can navigate to the calendar through the Main

Residential Management menu – click Calendar (daily or

weekly)
