• DUA Looks for:- A complete picture of Claimants’ REA or EUC-REA activities
- CAP
- MOSES Service Screens
- MOSES Notes
• All information must be documented in MOSES timely and accurately
Communicating with DUAStep Action
REA Process:
1 Each week the DUA REA Unit receives from DCS a data file of REA Sanctions.
2 Once customer signs for that week, a Fact Finding is sent out from UI Online
3 Once Fact Finding is returned, DUA accesses this information from the UI Online Filing and Reporting Workflow and assigns it to a DUA REA Specialist.
4 The DUA REA Specialist will:Review Fact Finding and other supporting documentationReview MOSESMay talk to customer and/or Career Center staff for more information.
5 Determination is made and DUA notifies customer.
6 Customer has appeal rights if they are denied benefits.
Step Action
EUC REA Process:
1 Each week DCS provides the DUA REA Unit a report which is a list of Customers who had a sanction and attained the REA Review during the previous week.
2 The Cases are assigned to DUA REA Specialist for review.
3 The DUA REA Specialist will:Review Fact Finding and other supporting documentationReview MOSESMay talk to customer and/or Career Center staff for more information.
