BRAZILIAN BREEZER
Honey
Grand Cru Espresso Origin Brazil
Yerba mate tea or Brazilian tea
Red fruits
Ice cubes

Infuse your yerba mate tea in 150 ml of water for 3 minutes.
Put 2 teaspoons of acacia honey and 3 ice cubes into a large glass.
Shake your yerba mate tea with 3 ice cubes andpour into your recipe glass.
Add two ice cubes to the Grand Cru Espresso Origin Brazil and shake.
Once the Grand Cru has cooled, gently pour itinto the recipe.
Decorate your drink with a red fruit skewer.
