ITU-T Study Group 4 is please to announce it has consented M.3060 ‘Principles for the Management of Next Generation Networks’. This document provides an architecture with 4 separate views – business process, functional, information and physical – which is both able to manage the new challenges presented by Next Generation networks and to provide greater flexibility and reduced costs, compared with traditional management solutions.
