Hallmark; Microsoft Project Server Deployment
REGA professionals supported legendary company Hallmark deploy Microsoft Pro-
ject Management tool to effectively work and collaborate internationally with factories
around the world for mass production of design work which was being done in Over-
land Park, KS. This provided a real time collaborative tool for the artists in the design
and prototyping of company products. REGA Solutions designed the resources break-
down structure and work breakdown structure for Hallmark.
Pacific Life; SDLC / Project Management Tool Deployment
REGA professionals supported one of the largest Insurance companies by providing
Program Management support. REGA Solutions deployed various tools including Mi-
crosoft Project Server, BizTalk, and Share Point. REGA professionals also helped the
Insurance giant with development of new in-house methodologies, best practices, and
configure integration points between applications.
Radio Shack; Oracle / Microsoft Implementation, Configuration
REGA professionals upgraded Oracle 9i to 10i for Radio Shack. REGA has a team of
Oracle and Micro-
soft certified professionals who understand the complete architecture of Oracle as well
as Microsoft framework. REGA provided integration between Microsoft Project
RBS with Oracle Payroll for smooth timesheet integration and payroll management.
Procard; Oracle Upgrade / Database Administration
REGA professionals provided Procard, a debt collection giant, with Oracle upgrade,
database maintenance, tuning and implementation of best practices. Procard is a debt
collection giant which buy’s bad debt on wall street and then convert it into revenue.
Department of Energy; (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) e-tariff De-
ployment
REGA professionals provided custom development services for the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC). The project was highly and politically charged under a congress mandate
rule 714. E-Tariff is a nerve of complete operations of this agency. REGA Solution provided
40 FTE’s and involved .NET, database, asp custom development to Ferc external and internal

As I look at the growth since our inception, I am extremely proud of what we have
achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future.
We have successfully transitioned from a local start-up to become a respected firm ,
garnering business from across the nation, while earning our clients' trust along the
way. Recently we changed our name to reflect our methodology “REGA”, which
stands for Results, Excellence, Governance, Accountability. We thrive on Results,
which drives to excellence, apply right Governance and accountability to achieve
100% client expectations.
It is satisfying to know that we are able to help our clients build the strategic blueprints
that enable them to connect and operate pivotal aspects of their business more effi-
ciently and economically. Customer satisfaction is the hallmark by which we measure
