All equipments to be rented, should be defined as Fixed Assets; The asset category will be linked to the Resources definition, for scheduling, tracking etc. through Help-Desk functionality.

Resource Master Card for Machine contains the details about the Rental asset unit , Unit of Measurement for Rental Job and the cost & Price per Unit of Measurement. (for eg. Hourly, daily, monthly basis etc)
