ResearchProposalforDomesticScaleBiogasDigesterDuetotheincreasingpricesoffossilfuelsandtaxesonenergysources,findingalternative,cleanandeconomicalsourcesofenergyhasnowadaysbecomeamajorconcernforhouseholds’andnations’economies.BiogasDigestersHaveCapturedManyImaginationsbecausetheycanturnorganicwastesfromourfarms,factoriesandhousesintoavaluablesourceofrenewableenergy.Iaminterestedinworkingondomesticscalebiogasdigestertousebio-wasteproducedinourkitchens.Theideaistousethistechniqueinruralareasofunderdevelopedcountriestofulfiltheirenergydemandforcooking.Thisisverysafe,simpleandeasytousedesign,sothatevennontechnicalpersoncanalsouseitwithouthavingenoughknowledgeaboutbiogasdigesters.Sincethereisnotmuchgaspressureinthesystemsodangerofexplosioncanbeneglected.Irequestyoutopleasegivemepermissiontoworkonthisdesignwithinuniversitypremises.
