• IllegalActs– commissionorattemptedcommissionofafelonyorbeingengagedinanillegaloccupation.

• Incarceration – whilethepersonisincarceratedafterconviction

• Intoxication– asdefinedbythelawsofthejurisdictionwheretheAccidentoccurs

• OperationofaMotorVehiclewithoutaRequiredLicense- withouttheproperlicensetooperatesuchvehicleinthejurisdictionwheretheAccident/Injuryoccurs.
