    Response to Radiological/Nuclear WMD Incidents Course (PER-354)24 hours/21 contact hours (3 Days) at the Nevada National Security SiteThis course provides the participant with the baseline response capability to safely respond to a Radiological Exposure Device (RED), Radiological Dispersal Device (RDD) or Improvised Nuclear Device (IND) incident. The course assists responders with meeting the intent of NFPA 472, Annex D. Annex D, “Competencies for Operations Level Responders Assigned Radiological Agent–Specific Tasks”.

    After completion of this course and other specified requirements as outlined in the Standard, the responder will fully meet the intent of Annex D providing the Authority Having Jurisdic-tion (AHJ) with a documented and defendable response asset.
