The Feasibility Study and Cost Analysis

• State agencies may choose a technology or adopt a technology neutral approach. The alternatives analysis is optional only.

• If a State agency is considering an exemption from the 2020 EBT mandate, a cost analysis will be needed. Otherwise, it is optional.
