Revit 2021

1. After opening up the Revit app, I select “Already have a License?”

2. Then this screen is displayed. I select “Switch user”

3. I select “Continue”

4. This error message pops up, and I select “OK.”

5. I start the app again and select “Sign in with your Autodesk ID”

6. Now, the sign in page shows up. I enter my email and click “Next”

7. I then enter my ‘correct’ password and click “SIGN IN”

8. It takes me back to this screen, and it goes nowhere.

9. And this error message shows up again.

AutoCAD 2021

1. Same issue as Revit. The only difference is that I’m currently on trial period. I select Sign in with your Autodesk ID.

2. Then it takes me to this page. I select “Already have a license” and I’m back to the previous screen.

When downloading

1. I’m on Autodesk education website. I select Sign in.

2. I enter my school email address associated with my account and type in my ‘correct’ password.

3. Normally, it takes me to product page where I can download products but this time there’s a banner that says “We’re experiencing system issues.

However, even when I can log in and download/install products, the same banner appears on top of the page every single time I try to download no matter which product I choose. I installed and uninstalled Revit and AutoCAD at least 6 times each but the same issue persists.
