Cancer does not discriminate. It doesn’t care if its victims are rich, poor,
or whatever nationality you may be. Cancer does not care about your relationship
status, or if you are a mother, a father, old or young. Cancer doesn’t care about
your politics, or which sports teams move you, or what TV shows or Movies you
watch…iPhone or Android. Wherever and whenever
Cancer affects your body, it seeks to take a part of
your dignity and crush your spirit. It tries to break
your will - and break you financially. This is where
Cox and Boyd Insurance Solutions come in. We offer
employee benefits to both businesses and individu-
als, and offer peace of mind to both. We seek to re-
duce the financial burdens, struggles, and mayhem
that Cancer, Critical Illnesses, and Accidents cre-
ate. We will help you find security in whichever
plans you feel are right and affordable for you and
your family. We will assist in filing your claims and
work diligently to make sure you get you paid
quickly to offset your everyday household expenses (i.e.: groceries, utility, phone
bills, and of course, recurring medical bills.) We work with the nations top insur-
ance providers to provide you the very best coverage.
"We want the right plans in your hands."

“Sikeston Area Chamber Members,
I want to begin by saying how surprised, grateful, and humbles I was last
evening when I received the Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award. I found
myself speechless, much like the actors at the Oscars, but I had no list of thank
you's to pull from my pocket. After a sleepless night of
worrying about the things I didn’t say, in most speeches
people worry about the things they did say, I decided to write
this letter.
The first thank you goes to my wife, Karen, of 35
years; the second thank you to the constitutes of the 1st
district, which I represent as county commissioner, for
allowing me another term in that position; and third to all
the hard working chamber members, volunteers, elected
officials and citizens of our community. It takes tireless
efforts to attract new businesses and individuals to our
community but we as a community are blessed with those
resources. We pull together for the common good.
So, again, I thank the Chamber and all those
involved for the Lifetime Achievement Award, but don’t
believe for one second that I will not continue to work for this community and I’ll
bet anything all of you will too. A lifetime is a lifetime…”
