We have shown strong financial strength for decades in all areas of our business with consistent profits and have proven to the County our ability to grow regardless of economic conditions

The revenue for this project will come from both private equity partners, venture capital Tier 1 and Tier 2 funding, enterprise technology partners and sponsorships.

In exchange for this investment into both the project and this community we are asking for a minimum 30 year lease with terms for renewing
