developed in using feedback from cross functional team comprised of BHR and City bureau Project Team members.

Suggestions for changes will be added to our Phase II parking lot for future enhancements.

WHY HCM PROCESSES AND FORMS? A module of SAP that allows us to:

create electronic formsprovide validation of data at time of entryallow attachments of supporting

Streamline and standardize Bureau processes, 1 initiator and 1 approver

Streamline and standardize BHR processes, 1 level of approval by Business Partner, final review and process by BHR HR and Payroll Services

Meet requirements for document retention, employee personnel files (HP Records Manager), and security authorizations
