SAYLAM Co. was founded in 1958 in Ankara. The company was originally in the automotive &
spare part manufacturing sector. Throughout the years, SAYLAM developed its business interestsinto the corporation we see today while remaining a family business, ran by three generations of theSaylam family.
The Saylam development started in 2003 and has been continuing since. The residence is situatedon a 2.5 hectare land and consists of 13 buildings and 100 apartments that vary in size from 110 m2
