Think it’s a good idea for data/products too

Think it’s a good idea for creation of new products – a common and predictable extent for broad-scale habitat map (EUSeaMap), DEM and substrate layer.
Collation of existing habitat maps from surveys: these should retain their existing coastline.
Our view on: Common EMODnet reference coastline
Action 6: “DIP and all EMODnet portals to consider advice to major funding programmes to ensure direct feed of generated project data into EMODnet…”
MEDISEH example
Funders should specify (precisely) in the tender spec:
That outputs must be made freely available for public and commercial use – and check compliance.
The repository through which to publish outputs – and check compliance.
