Opportunities of tool projects: Series injection moulds, 1- / 2-component
Series pressing tools (SMC/GMT)
Tool weight up to 120 t possible. 5.200 m² production area. Crane load up to 63 t.
Performance of tool project activities:
Mould development and design / CAD with Catia V5 or Siemens NX.
HZ FbZ-project manager manages the tool project from the design phase
to delivery (including schedules + illustrated status reports).
Machining at HZ FbZ and partner-suppliers.
Mould making at HZ FbZ: 5 to 63 t piece weight or 120 t total weight.
Quality assurance including tool measurement.
1- / 2-component trials on our injection moulding machine
KM 4000 MC: 1 component from 0.5 to 12 kg or
KM 3200 MX: 1. component from 1 to 8 kg, 2. component up to 140 g shot weight.
Tool optimizations between trials at HZ FbZ.
Tool integration and instruction on your production machine.

Mould development and design / CAD with Siemens NX and manufacturing
of series 1- or 2-component + fabric back injection moulds from 0.5 to 30 t.For machining Huazhong has 35 milling and erosion machines.
Series production of 1- or 2- comp. + fabric back-injection moulded parts.Huazhong has over 100 production machines with clamping force from 200 to 2800 t.
