Operational Benefit

• Services Record Updating Procedure is currently multi-tasked to a collection of individuals, involving repetition of hand-written amendments and multi-file transfers prior to integration within the Services Record DIRECTORY.

• The Services Record directory would contain MODELS composed of DRAWINGS with relevant LAYERS visible. These are ideal from an operational perspective, replacing current heavy user input to maintain, resulting in “out of date” records for periods of time.
