What Are The 4 Hardest Things For You? I don’t know what to eat or how to prepare it. I am too busy to exercise. I eat too much when I eat out. I have too much food that I love at home. I don’t think I can do it. When I fail I can’t get started again. Stress and other people make it impossible
to change. I don’t eat much and I still gain weight.
