Steps to hiring employees:

1) Define company hiring policies.

– Cannot solicit or fire just because not a Christian– An espoused Christian is not necessarily a mature Christian– Cannot ask if a person has these traits, but can discern from

questions asked– Get spouse’s opinion, especially when hiring managers– Don’t interview people of the opposite sex alone
