with him a thousand years.

The Blessing…

What is man?• Psalm 8:4 What is man, that

thou art mindful of him?• Gén 2:7 And the LORD God

formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

What is man?• Gen 3:19 “for dust thou art, and unto

dust shalt thou return.”• Psalm 103:14 For he knoweth our

frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

• Prov 8:26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.

What is Resurrection?• Isaiah 26:19 Thy dead men

shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

When is this resurrection?

• 1 Thess 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (precede) them which are asleep.

Valley of dry bones• Ez 37:1-14 Resurrection is a repeat

of creation excepting that in this case we have a record (bones). By observing bones one can trace not only the identity of the dead but facts of the individuals’ life.

• A type of the record kept in heaven.

Valley of dry bones• Job_20:11 His bones are full of the sin of his youth, which shall lie down with him in the dust.

What could this mean?• 1 Kings_13:2 And he cried against

the altar in the word of the LORD, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the LORD; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men's bones shall be burnt upon thee.

What could this mean?• 1 Kings 13:31 And it came to

pass, after he had buried him, that he spake to his sons, saying, When I am dead, then bury me in the sepulchre wherein the man of God is buried; lay my bones beside his bones:

What could this mean?• 2 Chron_34:5 And he burnt the

bones of the priests upon their altars, and cleansed Judah and Jerusalem.

• Cleansing of Jerusalem would normally take place when?

Jesus’ Bones?• Psalms_34:20 He keepeth all his

bones: not one of them is broken.• Eph_5:30 For we are members of his

body, of his flesh, and of his bones. • Heb_11:22 By faith Joseph, when he

died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.
