Shinning star of SSSVN faded:
Prof. T.C.Shah, chairman School Management Committee and editor
of Sanathan Sarathi (Gujarati) left his heavenly body and merged
with Divinity. During his association with school over two decade, he
not only steered the growth and development of school but also
provided necessary strength as a pillar of support in the times of
critical needs. We the SSSVN family members pray to Swami to bless
the departed soul by giving place at his divine lotus feet.
Guru Purnima Celebration:
To strengthen the Guru and Students
relations and to given first hand knowledge
about importance of guru in their life. Our
school celebrated online Guru Purnima on
4th July 2020 in which laksharchana was
main attraction.
Students joined in laksharachana from
home enthusiastically along with their
parents.
Students Engagement and wellbeing:
“Healthy mind is for healthy body”, In COVID-19 time keeping good health is top priority for students.
Our school organized two wellbeing classes with the help of Balvikas faculty from USA and
India(Puttaparthi). Nearly all students got benefit of this programme.

COVID collaboration with parents:
To keep parents and their wards safe and healthy in school shared number of
online resources through Whattsapp group. Also conducted parents meeting of
classes I to XII parents and resolved their concerns and assured all cooperation
from school to continue learning of their ward.
Co – Curricular Activities:
In order to develop motor skills and understanding
nature through experiential learning our school
organised Clay Moulding as part of Co – curricular activity on 18th July
2020.
In otder to tell importance of trees for ecological balance our school
organised plantation activity for class I to V on 25th July 2020.
And to develop creativity and to show case their
creative skills school conducted card making
competition for class VI to IX.
To explore student’s writing skills school provided platform of
Slogan / calligraphy competition as part of Co - curricular
activity on 18th July 2020.

Professional development programme on “Online Teahing in Covid era” by the school:
As part of CBSE initiatives and pressing need of the hour to extend learning support to 550 students,
our school organized one day Online Training Programme on 15th July, 2020 in collaboration with
Macmillan India Limited. Nearly 32 teachers attended webinar. The webinar was on topic ‘how to
make online teaching interesting’ by Gerard Andrew Pereira. The whole programme was coordinated
by Mrs Binita Mohapatra (I/C Principal).
In this month 24 teachers participated in 40 CBSE Training Program.
