What will you learn?
The skills and knowledge to work in a cafe/food outlet. This practical course will give you hands-on experience.
$440 GST free
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
• SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
• SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
• Non accredited units: Food Preparation Skills and Cafe Skills.
The fine print:
A uniform of long black pants, black top and enclosed shoes is required to be worn each day.

5 x Full Day Training Session,
9.00am - 5.00pm
What will you learn?
Are you interested in working in traffic control or on construction sites? This course covers the essential requirements needed to work safely in the construction industry.
$150 GST free
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
• CPCCWHSO01 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
• Recognition through SafeWork NSW.
The fine print:
100 points of original identification required on the day of training.

Full Day Training Session,

What will you learn?
This training delivers the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. This also applies to workers who are required to provide first aid in a variety of situations, including in the workplace.
$130 GST free
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
• HLTAID003 Provide first aid
The fine print:
We will provide learners with a First Aid book and theory assessment to be completed and submitted prior to the course commencement.

SITHFAB002 PROVIDE RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA)SITHGAM001 PROVIDE RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING SERVICES (RCG)
What will you learn? The skills and knowledge to provide responsible service of alcohol under the Liquor Regulation Act 2008, and to responsibly monitor gambling under the Gaming Machines Regulation 2010. Perfect if you are looking at working in a pub, club, casino or licensed restaurant!
2 x Day course $280 (save $20) RSA Only: 1 x Day course $170 RCG Only: 1 x Day course $130
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
• SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and/or
• SITHGAM001 Provide responsible gambling services (RCG).
The fine print: You do not need to be 18 years or older to complete the course, however it is the minimum legal age to use the certification.

What you will learn?
Do you require the skills and knowledge to enter and work in confined spaces?
In this course you will learn about the hazards associated with working in confined spaces, planning and preparing to work in confined spaces, entry and working in confined spaces, exiting confined spaces, clean up and legislative requirements.
$250 GST FREE
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
• RIIWHS202D Enter and Work in Confined Spaces.
Delivery: 2 x Full Day Training Sessions, 9:00am - 5.00pm.
The fine print: Students must be 16 years of age or older.
What you will learn?
Do you require the skills and knowledge to work safely at heights?
In this course you will learn about the hazards associated with working at heights, the function and operation of basic height safety equipment, inspection and maintenance requirements for equipment used to work at heights and legislative requirements.
$250 GST FREE
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
• RIIWHS204D Work Safely at Heights.
Delivery: Full Day Training Session, 9:00am - 5.00pm.
The fine print: Students must be 16 years of age or older.
