1. Login or create an account at atitesting.com with your personal username and password.
2. Under My Account > Edit My Profile, confirm that you have Salt Lake City CC listed as your institution.
3. On the student homepage, select the My Purchases & Payments tab.
4. Enter payment code 0128078 , then enter class code SMARTPREP, then click Submit.
5. You will be directed to enter your credit/debit card and shipping information. Please retain a copy of your receipt for your records.
6. The books will ship directly via FedEx to the addressthat you provide. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 days.
7. Go to the My Products page and enter your Product ID:CDN005307116. The ATI TEAS SmartPrep Tutorial will immediately be available. Practice Assessments will be available once they have been enabled by your Instructor.
