Power Poles Sharing
Anatel‐Aneel (Energy Regulatory Agency) joint Resolution:
• There is a joint commission for the settlement of disputes relatedto intersectoral infrastructure.
• Defined a reference price per attachment to be considered in disputes of telecom and energy companies: BRL3,19 ~ USD1.
• When technically possible the telecom companies shall not occupymore than one attachment point per pole.
• Joint obligation of reorganizing the poles occupancy.
• Electric companies shall deploy a updated electronic database withpublic information about poles including location, availability andprices.
• A transitional period for compliance is granted.

• Public consultation on Net Neutrality.
• Regulation on replicability test for wholesale offers.
