Elementary School Students in Grade 5

Middle School Students in Grade 8

High School Students currently enrolled in English 11 or Students that have passed English 11 but have not

passed the writing SOL test. Second Chance Seniors

Students that are scheduled to graduate by August 31, 2007 but have not passed the writing SOL test.

These students may or may not be currently enrolled in English 11.

They have the option of taking the complete test twice.

Complete only one of the first five circles. Do Not grid 1 until all make-up testing is

finished. Circles 7,8,10 & 11 may not be used unless
