Elementary School Students in Grade 5
Middle School Students in Grade 8
High School Students currently enrolled in English 11 or Students that have passed English 11 but have not
passed the writing SOL test. Second Chance Seniors
Students that are scheduled to graduate by August 31, 2007 but have not passed the writing SOL test.
These students may or may not be currently enrolled in English 11.
They have the option of taking the complete test twice.

Make-ups can be given anytime after the student returns to school up to the check-in.
If the student missed the multiple choice section they use the same form of the test that the other students were administered.

Testing StatusTesting Status
This must be completed if the student missed the multiple choice portion or the direct writing portion or both.
Complete only one of the first five circles. Do Not grid 1 until all make-up testing is
finished. Circles 7,8,10 & 11 may not be used unless
directed to do so by the DDOT. You may grid 9 if the student passed the test
in a previous administration.
