STAFF VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
For new directors, go to:

Instructions:
1. Must "Create An Account" (If you don’t have one)
2. Go to: "Add a new person to my account" (to add each person individually who will be attending).
3. Go to "Make a reservation" & select the session ADVENTURER/PATHFINDER/MASTER GUIDE Area Coordinator Registration 2013-2014
4. No payment will be required for this session._{Go to "Make a payment" ( No reservation will be saved without a Payment.)}

VOLUNTEER BACKGROUND SCREENING
Each staff member working with your club will be required to go through this process. Go to: www.shieldthevulnerable.org You will need one hour or two hours to complete two online
classes your church will be billed a fee of $11.70 per person that is
trained and background checked.

2. Go to: Texas Conference Adventurer Family Camp 2013
3. Go to: "Add a new person to my account" (to add each person individually who will be attending).
4. Go to "Make a reservation" & select the session that your group would like to attend (once you are ready to register the entire group).
5. Go to "Make a payment" (when you are ready to check out. No reservation will be saved without a Payment.)
If you already have an account you just have to go to "Add a new person to my account" in case of new members or step number 3 & 4 if there is no new members to add.
