STAINLESS STEEL VALVESHigh quality range of Fine Metering, Flow Control, Needle, Check, Shuttle & Quick Exhaust Valves
To meet the requirements of operators in oil, gas, marine, food processing and chemical industries, the basic material of this range of valves is 316L/S12 low carbon stainless steel. The mechanical condition of the stainless steel conforms with NACE specification MR-01-75. Viton Seals are used throughout to cover sour gas applications and temperature ranges from -15ºC to +200ºC.
Special seals are also available for specific applications and temperature ranges upon request.
Flow, needle and check valves are suitable for 35 bar pressure normal pneumatic operations, with a 7 bar maximum pressure limitation when a resilient check ball is fitted for bubble tight sealing. On hydraulic applications the maximum working pressure is 350 bar.
