Step Guide for IE Browser Setting for Online RCMC

Please do the configuration as per the following:

Before doing the following setting please check the version of Internet Explorer

If the version is above IE 7 (except version 8 or 9), the following procedure will be applied.

Open the Internet Explorer. Check the version by clicking the gear icon in the right corner of the

browser - refer the below image

Press F12 button or select F12 Developer Tools in the options as shown in the above image.

Now, select the button edge in the bottom of the browser as shown in the below image and select 7

After selecting version 7, the do the following:

Step: 1 Go to Control Panel

Step: 2 Select Internet Options

Step: 3 Select Security Tab in the Internet Properties & Click Custom Level. Ensure the box near to

Custom Level should be empty. Refer the following figure.

Step: 4 Follow the instructions as per the following screenshot.

After making the settings as per above screen shot, click OK

Step: 5 Click Privacy Tab and un-tick the Pop-up Blocker (ie Turn Off pop-up Blocker) and click OK

Installation of Digital Signature Certificate in the Internet Explorer

Also, install the Digital Signature Certificate in the browser. For installing the same do the following

procedure.

Open Internet Explorer, select Tools & click Internet Options as shown below

In the internet options, select CONTENT TAB and click on certificates

Connect your DSC token and export the DSC from the token and store it in the desktop. From there

import the same by selecting the import button in the certificate menu. After installation the DSC

certificate details will be shown as per the details under menu tab Personal.
