He was born on August 9, 1938. In early life, he

began his career as a painter while educated himself

in all sorts of things related to construction field.

Later on, he founded "Teerapol Construction Ltd.,

Part." in 1978 and built it into one of the most

successful construction operation in Thailand.

Teerapol Construction Ltd., Part. has become the

well-know operation in construction field. Thanks to

its great performance which help it draws great

clients toward the brand. In 2015, the brand have

transformed into a registered limited company under

his grandson as managing director.

He was born on September 16, 1988. As a successor

to his family business, he learned many things in

constuction field directly from his grandfather, the

founder of Teerapol brand. After so many years

of knowledge and experiences, his grandfather

decided that he is ready to run the business in his

place.

Teerapol brand under his management has become

more modern as well as more effective. However,

the brand still keep the "quality without compromise"

at its core just like it has always been for 38 years.

Mera MareHotel

Mera Mare Hotel is our finished interior & exterior

painting project which we're proud to include in our

2016 showreel. We paint guest rooms, public areas,

staff areas, and exterior of the building. In this project,

we are the only sole painting contractor responsible

to paint the whole hotel. The guest rooms from floor

2-7 in total is 79 units.

In the past 7 years, we are only responsible for

interior painting from the same project owner. Today,

we are doing both! This means our performance

improves over time and we only get better and better

every single day.

Sometimes, we can't make use of scaffold. So, we

will have to do an abseiling instead. This operation

can be done only by our trained technician. This

simply means, we can overcome any workflow

obstacles that may occours in the future. And we are

ready to implement new tools, that's why we can do

our works safe, better, and faster over time.

Safety cannot be compromised. That's why we

provide our technician with necessary personal

protective equipment (PPE). This would eventually

decrease the risk of being injured during their working

period. In return, this policy supports our stable

performance as we always have the best man at

our disposal.

We deliver the precise details. It's our effort to

pay attention in the working process, start from the

right tool, the right man, in the right job. It's our key

performance to deliver the best possible result.

Learning has never cease at our site. We continue

to practice more and more men. It is a very good

idea to have many good men at our site than just

one great man. If we have one great man, we will

make them teach their friends to be as great as them.

In the end, that is for our client benefit.

A good teamwork is the main ingredients of any

successful projects. It all starts from planning,

management, man resource, and we're ready for

all those kind of things.
