Our general store has all kinds of essential goods that you may need to make your stay with us as carefree as possible.

Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.

Here are just a few of the many activities and amenitiesto enjoy at our campground.

STORE HOURSPeak Season: 7am - 10pm. (Memorial Day thru Labor Day)Off-Peak Season: 8am - 6pm. (Labor Day through Memorial Day)RESTROOMS & LAUNDRY FACILITIES Restrooms and laundry facilities are open 24 hours. Laundry machines use coins only. Change can be obtained in the General Store.POOL HOURS 8:00 am - 11:00 pmThere is NO lifeguard on duty at the pool. Children under the age of 14 may not swim without an adult in attendance. Swimsuits only.NO GLASS containers may be used in the pool area.FIREWOOD POLICY We have firewood for sale in the General Store for $5.00/per bundle. Campfires must be attended at all times. Please do not burn trash in your fire ring. No cutting trees or collecting falling limbs/branches for burning or kindling.TRASH POLICY We pick up garbage every morning. Please leave bagged garbage at the end of your site pad between 8 am and 9 am. Do not leave garbage out overnight - critters WILL make a mess of our campground! We take pride in our campground, please help us keep our campground clean by disposing of your trash properly. Please do not throw trash, plastics, cans or bottles in our pond. PARKING POLICY Please park vehicles only at your assigned site. Sites which appear to be vacant may have a reservation and should not be used as parking. If additional parking is needed, check with our office regarding overflow areas and options.VISITOR POLICY We welcome all visitors to our resort! All we ask is that visitors please check in at the General Store and get a wristband upon arrival.PET POLICY We are pet friendly both in the RV park and the Cabins! Here are a few friendly policies regarding pets:• Must be leashed at 6’ or less at all times.• Please pick up after their messes. • Kamp K9 is our fenced area in the park for pets to play off leash.• No pets in people facilities including buildings, playground and pool.• Do not leave your pet unattended.FIREWORK ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIMEFIREARMS POLICY We have lots of children on our campground and we want to keep everyone safe. Please follow Texas State Firearm Laws at all times. ALCOHOL POLICY While we do allow our guests to drink alcohol on the premises; must have koozie on beverage while roaming the campground. No glass bottles in the playground or pool areas.SPEED LIMITS Please observe the 5 MPH maximum speed limit. Posted speed limits are for the protection of our campers, their children and their pets.We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.Inclement weather is unpredictable in Northeast Texas, we are not responsible for hail/storm damage. We do not offer a refund for bad weather during your stay.
