What is SRS?

A software requirements specification (SRS) – is a complete description of thebehavior of a system to be developed.

 The SRS fully describes what the software willdo and how it will be expected to perform.

An SRS minimizes the time and effort required

by developers to achieve desired goals andalso minimizes the development cost. A goodSRS defines how an application will interactwith system hardware, other programs and

human users in a wide variety of real-worldsituations.

What is ER Diagram?ER-modeling is a data modeling technique

used in software engineering to produce aconceptual data model of a informationsystem. Diagrams created using this ER-modeling technique are called Entity-Relationship Diagrams, or ER diagrams orERDs. So you can say that Entity RelationshipDiagrams illustrate the logical structure of databases.
