In this issue we examine how the traditional concepts of a holiday are changing, thanks to new innovations in the industry. We will sit down with some of tourism’s top experts and see what the future holds for the holidays. Our interview with Sonu Shivdasani, the idealist behind Soneva Fushi resort’s success in particular will shed light on what ingredients go into making a top destination of choice. We’ll also stop by Dusit Thani, a pristine oasis island, where many couples choose to say their ‘I dos’ and examine why many choose to marry on the white sand. While we’re in the Maldives we’ll have a first look at Amilla Fushi - with unique architectural designs set within lush vegetation it promises to be an interesting visit.
