engaged in monitoring Outcomes• Young People designed the Children & Young People’s part of

the 360 degree monitoring survey• Continue empowering Young People – One Young Person has

joined the 4C’s team• Young People will deliver a workshop at the January Provider

Forum to outline how they intend to monitor outcomes

What we did????• We got involved – our first chance to make a

difference

• Made an online Survey – Young People who are looked after will be asked to share how they feel about where they live, the support they get and if its where they want to be

• The Survey is confidential, and Children and Young People’s feedback is important in shaping the future for Children in Care.
