WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! CAN YOU HELP?

Gloria Dei Church & Academy is having a “Workday”! Saturday, February 7th from 8:30 a.m. ~ 12:30 p.m. Come one, Come All! Come at 8:30 a.m. or anytime you can –

stay till the end or as long as you can! Just COME!! Many Hands make

light work! How can you help? Let me count the ways – light painting, weeding, planting, cleaning, inside and outside. The church and

school need some sprucing up and we have a job for everyone!

The Orange Blossom Parade is on Saturday, February 28th and the theme is “Education

Blossoms in Davie”. Our PTO would like to sponsor a float for the event and

they need volunteers to help make that happen. If you can help with designing and/or building the float please let us know. The days, times, and

hours will vary depending on the number of volunteers that sign up to help.

These are fun ways to meet other families and a great opportunity for Kindergarten - 5th Grade parents to earn P.A.C.E. hours.

Those interested should contact the Academy Office at 954-475-8584.

Please continue to send in labels!

We get bonus points for Pepperidge Farm labels so please

send those in to your child’s teacher as soon as possible. (A list of participating items can be found at LabelsForEducation.com)
