The MessageIf you have five or more drinks (beer, coolers, shots – whatever) on a single occasion, you’re on a binge. If you’re on a binge, you’re not in control.

And a lot of bad stuff happens just because people don’t know enough to stop drinking before they lose control: Reputations get ruined. People lose friends. They screw around on their bfs/gfs. They get in fights. Lose teeth. Lose bladder control. Have unsafe sex. Get raped.

So, what’s the message? Do yourself a favour. Know your limit. If you’re going to drink, be smart about it.
