How do I login to see my 401(k) Benefits?

1. First go to www.apabenefits.com

2. On the left hand side select Login> ChoicePoint Logins> APA ChoicePoint Retirement

Login Continued1. The first time you

log into your account. Your userid is your ssn# and your password is the last four of your ssn#, click on participant and it’ll prompt you to change them both.

2. Once you have received a confirmation that your userid and password have been changed you’ll see a summary option on the top menu bar.

This is the summary page of your account. From this screen you can select from the top menu bar: 1. Transactions 2. Tools 3. Investments We’ll review over the next slides what these options allow you to do.

TransactionsTransactions will

allow you to:1. Change your

Investment Elections (this will change how future or new money is invested in the plan).

2. Transfer Funds this will allow you to change what your current account balance is invested in.

3. New Loan request, this is where you’ll select the amount of any new potential loan.

ToolsTools will allow you to view My

Documents or Reports:

1. My Documents gives you access to download all forms necessary for the 401(k) plan. This includes, termination forms, permitted in-service distributions (over age 59 ½), rollover forms, information change forms and special tax notice(s).

2. Reports gives you access to view prior quarterly statements or to run a current statement on your account.

InvestmentsInvestments will allow

you to:1. See your current

Account Balance by fund, with price and shares.

2. See your Rate of Return for the effective month or date range (note- rate of return isn’t available until after one month of assets being in the account).

3. Investment Rate of Return shows you the stated rates for given periods.
