Executive Summary
The Wayside Inn is located in Bethlehem, New Hampshire in the heart of the White Mountains.
The current owner has been in business at this location for the past 31 years. The original Inn
consists of 14 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 92 seat dining room with river views, fully
equipped commercial kitchen and 20 seat lounge. In 1976 another building was added to the
property which added 12 rooms with private baths as well as a game room.
The Wayside Inn has been a favorite for bus tours visiting the area as well as providing
accommodations for golfers coming to play one of the area’s many Donald Ross designed golf
courses. The Inn is open year round for guests coming in the winter to ski Bretton Woods,
Cannon and Loon mountains, or go cross country skiing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing. In the
summer the area is busy with people enjoying the beautiful area hiking, kayaking and fishing.
Of course the White Mountains are famous for breathtaking fall foliage, which brings visitors by
the thousands.
