OBJECTIVES

• 12 actors• 3 musicians• 2 technicians• 2 drivers• 1 coordinator

A team of 20 people from the NGO Phare Ponleu Selpak (PPS) comprising:

• Artists trained by Karol & Setha (K&S)

• MoWA and PyD have reviewed the play

• Popular songs• Contemporary dance• Circus• Theatre• Games & quiz

• Promotion and distribution of the Good Men “passport”

• Distribution of branded materials • Placement of promotional banners (1m x3m)

placed in small cafés /stalls

LOCATIONS

• Played in 21 locations, at district levels• Ratanakiri (8 out of 9 districts)• Mondulkiri (2 out of 5 districts)• Stung Treng (5 out of 5 districts)• Kratie (5 out of 6 districts)• Battambang (1 out of 10 districts)

LOCATIONS

• 21 shows performed• 19,970 people exposed to the show (average

of 950 people per show) • 3,000 people have signed the commitments of

the Good Men “passport”• It is expected that the show has brought the

issues of the campaign to the public sphere• A 15-minutes documentary is being produced

RESULTS

LIMITATIONS & CONSTRAINTS

• Meteorological constraints as it rained several times and some performances had to be cancelled or terminated before ending

• Language of the performances in communities where Khmer is not the mother tongue

• No proper evaluation conducted at this stage

• 2,200 US$ inclusive of cost of training of the artists, preparation of the play, rehearsals, probes, costumes, transportation and logistics, stage, fees for artists, coordinator and technical staff
